Our crews come fully equipped with the latest state of the art technology including Digital Moisture Meters and Thermal Imaging Cameras. Determining how much damage has been done is crucial because it gives us a general idea of how much Damage there is and where the Repairs need to be made. We remove and discard any damaged materials that are beyond repair. We then place dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and air movers around the effected area to prevent secondary damages such as mold and odors. We do structural reports and take daily readings of moisture levels so we know exactly how long it will take to completely dry your business or residence. Once the drying stage has been completed we can begin the Water Damage Restoration process.

At Master Extractor of Michigan, Commercial Fire Restoration is our specialty. Our staff is experienced in all areas of fire restoration. Our crews start by boarding up and securing your property against vandalism, weather, and any other kind of un-authorized entries. After that, we begin restoring your property by removing all fire damaged materials, items, and all other debris. We then place air scrubbers strategically throughout the structure to help remove smoke and odor from the air. The extent of the damages then determines how many repairs need to be made, but here at Master Extractor of Michigan we guarantee to complete the job to your satisfaction.
